Inventory Transactions in Warehouse Management

 can we do Item Reclassification in warehousing process ? as per i know , Inventory transaction (IT ,II ,IR , IA ) are not suitable for Warehousing as F4602 data is not populated .

Same thing with Inventory Issue , so can we able to do II entry in Warehouse as its again not populate the F4602 table , then what's the best approach to do

So what is the best way to Reclassification & Invntory Issue in Warehouse control process
