Will forms compiled on 12.2.1.4 version mid-tier work on 12.2.1.3 mid-tier by direct copy of fmx

Basically we have a development mid-tier environment where we compile our forms on RHEL 7 OS. The fmb itself is still only developed using 10g forms builder on windows.

The way we promote Dev to Pre-Production is by copying the fmx, libraries to pre-prod servers.

Because we are in the process of upgrading 12.2.1.3 mid-tier Forms and Reports to 12.2.1.4, my query is to understand if the fmx will without re-compile on 12.2.1.3 mid-tier considering we are not using any new features etc.
