Reading Abnormal Shutdown - XCP Files

Essbase Description: ESB11.1.2.4.021B006

Since a couple of months I am experimenting any application abnormal shutdowns at different moments and also with different reasons according to the application and essbase logs although I can say it is not so clear to me the real reasons that caused the shutdowns. I have compared the essbase.cfg with the related information on XCP files generated during the crashes and it matches. All memory configuration as EAS Console data cache, Server swap space, Physical Memory, Drive Space are not fulfilled, it is less then 60% usage. Do you have any ideas of what are the roots reasons possibilities
