uninstalling prior version on OMS

looking to uninstall the software only from a prior version of the OMS (13.2) on a windows platform, the uninstall is failing due to failure of determining the java home, I do not see any java home variable in the deinstall script located in the oms_home\oui\bin directory

Also will this uninstall the software only?
