Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

We recently installed JDE 9.2.5.1 onto MS SQL Server Microsoft SQL Server Standard (64-bit) 15.0.4073.23 on Windows Server 2019 Standard (10.0).

I noticed that the F0101.ABAN8 was defined as float. The Data Dictionary defines AN8 as Numeric, Size 8.

Is it normal for a DD Numeric to be defined as a float on a SQL server installation?
