OTL - Calculated Scheduled Hour in Responsive Layout

Currently the system shows a 42.5 Hours as Scheduled hour while submitting the timesheet. We have 8 hours work week standard schedule from Monday through Friday. Need a clarity on how the system calculates the 42.5 Hours instead of 40 Hours
