Database OPatch version 12.2.0.1.28

Our servers are scanned periodically and are getting flagged because of Java 1.8.0_311 under the database $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/jre/bin/java. The specific server is running RDBMS 19.14 on RHEL 7. I have updated OPatch to 12.2.0.1.28 successfully. I can update the OPatch JRE to 321 easily enough and pass the scan. However, I can't seem to find any documentation that suggests or supports making this update. Since the p6880880...zip file physically creates the OPatch directory and all it's contents, I have to assume 311 is provided by design. I definitely do not want to be trapped with
