CPU pinning for a virtual machine hosted on Oracle Linux 8.5?

I need to implement a CPU Pinning (hard partitionig) for one virtual machine run on Oracle Linux 8.5. Is it possible? Do I need an instance of Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager? I have only one OL machine with KVM, so I would like not to deploy the Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager. Is there any other way to do it?
