ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application () after upgrade ords from 19.1 to 20.4.3

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have upgraded the underlying ORDS service that we use for one of our Apex 19.2 services.

The upgrade went fine, but when I try to connect to INTERNAL workspace, after providing the credentials, we get that error ERR-7620 .

ORDS runs on Tomcat 9.0.41,

The odd bit is that we have two URLs to access this apex service. One is protected by SSO and does not work. The non-SSO version of the URL does work.

We have read about the maxPostSize tomcat parameter as per DocID

Accessing APEX URL (Configured with ORDS deployed on Tomcat) gives: "Sorry, this page isn't available. ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application" (
