Is there a way to patch Windows Oracle19c Client.

I'm in Windows shop (can't help that). That said, we've recently migrated our database from Oracle18c (v18.3.0) to Oracle19c (v19.14.0).

I've installed the Windows 32 bit Oracle19c client (19.3) on my PC using the admin option.

Using the 19c client, SQLLDR no longer works with paths that have hidden/admin shares, that is a share that ends with $. I've searched the net, various MOS notes and Oracle forums with similar situations, but no fixes were mentioned.

My 18c client works just fine, but 19c, errors out.

If I use the SQLLDR from the DB server, it runs just fine.
