Vendor Shopping List

Users have requested functionality to be able to pull up a list of items available by each vendor, and basically be able to check a box and input a quantity on the line items they want to order. They call it a shopping list. This would end up being an order requisition for the vendor once the selections are made. Is there such a function in E1? Like an order requisition template of sorts.
