Cloud Purchasing - Force a Requisition Approval for testing

What is the R12 equivalent of logging in as Workflow Administrator, pulling up the workflow item and approving through workflow admin in Cloud applications?

The purpose of this would be to put test transactions through in a test system.

It is currently eluding me. Thank you!
