PRINT RECEIPT NOT WORKING PRINTER NAME TM-T88V WITH POS?

Dear Sir,

i have an issue with my pos printer receipt is not working with xstore version 15.0.

kindly have a look below the logfile from xstore it is showing that it is not claimed the pos printer receipt.
