19c dbms_gather.schema_stats

gather_schema_stats taking 5 hours.

we have a 12 TB database with large partition tables and total of 400+ tables.

We exported all tables into the 19.2 RAC database.

note: we created many exports and imports depending upon table sizes, etc.

when we imported 7 large tables and excluded indexes. as you know, when you build indexes, oracle gather stats.

so, when I ran the following statements to gather schema stats, I was hoping that Oracle will see that large table indexes we manually created have fresh stats, so it would not gather stats again we will save time.... but it still gather stats. How could we run gather schema stats, so oracle does not gather stats on these large indexes?
