Oracle DB not restoring from latest backup set

We have a system that runs on oracle 10G. This system has two separate servers i.e. production and development. I am trying to use our weekly RMAN backup from prod and restore it to the development server. When I did the first restore it worked, however when I am now trying to a 2nd restore on the same dev server it doesn't show the latest restore data in the DB but only data from the first restore.
