Oracle SQL Client Patching for Linux

I just installed Oracle SQL client on RHEL 7 server. I installed from the file:

LINUX.X64_193000_client_home.zip

SQL*Plus: Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on Sun Mar 13 19:22:17 2022

Version 19.3.0.0.0

Do I need to apply any patches to the client software?

If so, where do I locate the patch I need? I have been on support.oracle.com and clicked on the "patches" tab but I have not discovered a specific patch for the SQL client on RHEL 7 - 64.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
