What is the latest Windows Server version can run Siebel 8.1.1.5?

Does anyone ever implement Siebel 8.1.1.5 under latest Windows Server (such as Windows Server 2019, 2022)? I am planning to upgrade OS from current version (Win. Server 2008) to the latest version of Windows Server and doesn't have clue whether Siebel 8.1.1.5 is able to run on the latest Windows Server.
