Grant Proxy access under administrative account

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have two users in OeBS: User_A and User_B.

User_B is out of office, but he granted proxy to his colleague - User_A. We renamed USER_NAME for User_A, and proxy access disappeared for him. User_A is renamed to A_User and he is not able to use the proxy access which was granted for User_A. Though the USER_ID is the same.

We are not able to contact User_B in order to ask him to create a new proxy rule. We have administrative privileges, but not able to grant access for User_A. What can we do in that case? Is there any API to grant proxy?
