LOB corruption

I have report on files being uploaded into the LOB column of a table, but it is said that the resulting files in that LOB column may be corrupted. I have no control or knowledge about the system that introduces these files into the database, I can only look at the resulting LOB and try to find what is going wrong here.

But, I had some troubles trying to do so, can I get a hint ?
