Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 - Clarifications
Hi,
In regard of the STP Phase 2, there are couple of questions for which we need clarifications:
- Leave Type U - We do not have seperate elements which are paid for unused leaves. So, on termination the unused leave payments will be automatically handled by the patch or is there any other setup that needs to be done ?
- For Bonus elements, our employer never pays back-dated bonus to employees and hence the Retro elements are setup as Information elements. Therefore, we don't need to add such elements to the STP reporting. Is this correct ?
- Should the Director Fees Retro elements be considered as Lump Sum E or everything should go under Director Fees reporting ?
