timing of LER release notes and monthly upgrades

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

We are still in implementation phase of Oracle Primavera Unifier Cloud. Trying to establish a strategy for the monthly LER upgrades. Can anyone clarify any of the following?

  • Is there a precise timing correlation between when release notes are published and when the monthly LER upgrade is available? Such as release notes are published Mmm/15 then upgrade available Mmm/1 of following month?
  • Are there notifications that inform us of when a new month's release notes are published? Or when the new LER upgrade is available?
  • We have found that the release notes are being changed between when we first read them and when we read them again closer to the upgrade. Is that normal? Do people typically wait to review them at the very end to ensure they are on the final version?
