ELM 9.2 - Administrator/Manager supplmenetal learning attachments

Hello everyone,

Some of our workforce doesn't have access to a computer, and due to PCI compliance we don't allow shared computers in the workplace. This has caused headaches for our ELM administrators who are trying to add supplemntal learning in for these users, but are unable to attach certification documents to the supplemental learning. I opened a ticket and it was determined to be a gap in functionality with an enhancement request already opened. So I wonder if anyone else has run into this scenario and how you are handling it?
