How to Change NTP configuration on ODA 19.13

We are on x8-2s ODA 19.13 single node. The time on the ODA is about 21 minutes behind. odacli describe-system shows an old NTP server that is no longer working. I tried using Doc ID 2638331.1 to change IP address for the NTP server but I have no /etc/ntp.conf file and the NTP service is not running. I did notice that chronyd is running as a process.

What is the correct way to fix the time on our ODA as well as fix the NTP server configuration?
