When should deductions show under employee self service

On the employee self service page under voluntary deductions what does the number mean. We are seeing a number on the tile, then when the employees click on the tile they are only seeing a few deductions. Example, Tile show 30, however when the employee clicks on the tile there are only 3 deductions showing.
