FRM-91111: Internal Error: window system startup failure for frmbld.sh

From the edelivery software download site, I downloaded "Oracle VM Virtual Appliance for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.10" a few weeks ago. I got the Vision instance running and have successfully used it from my Windows 10 client. Now it's time for me to create a custom form.

I assumed that the VM is complete and all I have to do is log into the vm as oracle, set my environment, and then execute frmbld.sh

I started XQuartz on my MacBook Pro, logged into the VM as oracle, set DISPLAY, and execute xterm. The xterm window properly displayed on my MacBook Pro as expected.
