T&E Credit Card EX_EMPNOTIFY (New and Overdue) Sender

PeopleSoft 9.2 through PUM41,

Hi There - been trying to crack the code on this for a couple days now. We have just gone live with credit card and when we do the new transaction notify (EX_EMPNOTIFY) the email send (from) is showing up as the server default for SMTPSENDER FN92xxxx@ps-appserverxx.xx.edu

We would like to have the from value something like "CREDIT CARD" from cc@xxx.edu

Does anyone have any thoughts as to where we should be configuring this? The developer is saying it is field based; I'm trying to figure out if the EX_CC_NOTIFY (that imports the PT_MCF_MAIL utility needs to somehow be adjusted?? But it is beyond us at the moment.
