Auto lot picking in stock transfer

Hi,

While entering the stock transfer order system is auto fetching the lot number but I need that order should get register with blank lot and location and at the time of pick slip(R42520) it should pick the lot location. Based on which setup it is picking lot while order entry and how I can correct it.
