how do i set the CPU Temperature alarm threshold on 3900 SBC

I am using 3900 with 8.4p3. From documentation i learnt that u can only set some env monitoring for CPU , Memory , Space but no mention of temperature. However i would like to set Temperature Minor , Major Critical Thresholds.

Also where can i access the documentation for Control Shell.
