EM 12C is still very slow

Hi everyone

I have set up OAS 5.9 on-prem. Logging in to EM takes very long time, and I get the famous warning about cache enabling. I have followed the instructinos in doc id 1423893.1, but still it's very slow. Actually not only when logging in, but also accessing any content after logged in. We are on Windows, with 32 Gb ram. Any ideas?
