An unknown exception or error occurred within the application while using HH device

Dear Team,

hope you are doing good

we are on version 16.03.7 ORSIM version and testing the Shipping/Receiving Functionality and getting error like An unknown exception or error occurred within the application.

Is anyone aware of this issue and know what would be the fix.


Can someone please throw some light on this issue.
