Colorado DR 004 PRP Release 33748639 AutoTax/PSPUSTAX

The PRP 33748639 has been posted in the PUM manager for the changes to support the new Colorado DR 004 Withholding form. 2 questions as we prepare for the wide reaching changes:

1) The .pdf release notes and the Read Me notes make no mention of AutoTax. Can we assume there will AutoTax changes? If so, will there be additional information released with PUM 42 TUP 22-B?

2) Read Me notes includes a pre-requisite for PSPUSTAX.CBL changes for Federal exempt status for earnings over $1M (Bug # 33816133) to fix an issue. Does this have any bearing on Colorado? We can't seem to make that connection with the notes and why it was posted this way.
