JDE Cardex showing zero Transaction Quantity for Adjustment in cycle count

Hi,

Business completed cycle count for an item (on hand Qty was 1 for lot location and quantity counted was 0).Cycle count was approved and updated. 

Cardex shows that item record in F4111 with PI doc type but transaction quantity is blank/zero instead of -1 as quantity was adjusted to 0 from 1 on hand balance. This is resulting in on hand quantity not getting adjusted to 0.

(I checked item cost , but there is No issue with item cost as the Cardex unit cost field got updated from F4105 cost.)

 Any suggestions, When is the Transaction Quantity field in F4111 for PI doc type written with 0 quantity in standard JDE (WS A 7.3)
