Owner Account Number missing in the Install Base transactions after Customer merge
We are using Standard Oracle merge utility to merge the customer Parties and accounts. Victim is the customer account which gets merged into a survivor customer account.
After the merging all the transactions are supposed to move from Victim customer to a survivor customer including install base transactions (Item Instances).
Attaching the document with various screenshots showing that the Account number on the item instances is not updated after the merge.
This is causing issues on the Contact Center to display install base transactions against the Survivor customer account after merge.
