12.1.3 app techstack installation fails

We are in the process of migrating 12.1.3/11.1.0.7 from AIX to 12.1.3/12.1.0.2 OEL x64 7.10 .

But the ./rapidwiz -techstack fails with unxzip error. as in the attached logfile

instantiate file:

I have already tried

1) replacing unzip from the startdisk to the default location

2)removing existing unzip 6.0 from the default location

3) adding /STAGE/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/unzip/Linux_x64 before the PATH

and all three times it fails.
