Blank Contract Agreement Amount

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Does Oracle allow an agreed amount on a contract to be blank if there are going to be releases against it? How does the system not error out? We receive error messages when the released amount exceeds the agreed upon amount. I cannot find any documentation on a blank contract agreed amount.
