Fresh install of E-Business R12.2 on Linux

Need guidance on the best starting point on fresh e-Business R12.2 instance on RHEL 7.

The target install is up to R12.2.9 with 19c DB

Looking at option in e-deliver i am seeing this "certified Config" download:

Oracle E-Business Suite Certified Configuration 12.2.4 for Linux x86-64

Is this the best download option and starting point for fresh install?
