Transaction Fees

Hello,

I need some clarification on the way Transaction Fees work. Currently, a transaction fee is set up for initial enrollment and has been attached to a tuition group. The fee is calculating on correctly. However, the campus wants to exclude certain students from getting the transaction fee. Is that possible if the students are all in the same Tuition Group that has the Transaction Fee listed? What are the options?
