Updating Inventory Item in Oracle

I navigate to Product Information Management Item. Clicking on Tasks side menu, I select Item Management > Manage Items. After searching on the Item, I can see details but it's not evident how to update anything.

Is there a guide, training, or a video that shows how to perform this task?
