Bug 32136996 Not resolving the Open/Closing Balance Amounts in F09610 with Currency 0 Decimals BAI2

Have anyone tried the above BUG in 9.2. Oracle reported that this issue cannot replicate at will. and they said, it is the flat file issue. Can someone share with me a sample of BAI2 because Oracle refused to share with me, this could be some internal regulation. Hope to have someone to share with me. below is the BAI2 file I am getting from our bank.

First detail line in the BAI2_KR_81915.txt file:

16,195,11197830,V,220308,,2432908020042439,0882021964541/ shows as 111,978 in F09611

Original one in F09611 will show as 11,198,730

03,5XXXXXX,KRW,010,2918647692,,,015,2929845522,,,/ show as 29,186,477 in F09610

Expected shall be 2,918,647,692
