Extra licensing required for Java JDK/JRE?

An agent was installed on a host via OEM. The version of this Java is:


$ /oracle/agent/product/agent_13.5.0.0/oracle_common/jdk/jre/bin/java -version

java version "1.8.0_261"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_261-b12)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-bit Server VM (build 25.261-b12, mixed mode)


From version 1.8.0_202 Java is no longer free.

Does this Java now have to be licensed additionally if it is only used by the agent itself?
