CPIC Fast Track BY24 - Release 1 (Rollover Package)

Prior to importing the attached package, it's recommended to update the category "CPIC: Budget Year" to return 2024 in both the items and summary values and letting the queue clear.

After the import, it's recommended to run a couple of trial validations of the Ledger Report to insure the IDs rolled over properly. If you require your credentials for the IT Collect staging environment to be resent, contact Courtney Corwin at courtney.corwin@oracle.com.

IT Collect and OMB no longer require values to be sent up for all Funding Sources, so that validation was removed. You can leave cells null to minimize the number of records being submitted to IT Collect. By default, the utility will export and submit all non-null values. If you'd like to still require that your uses enter value for each Funding Source category and minimize the number of records submitted to IT Collect by not submitting values with a zero, please contact Courtney Corwin for options on supporting that.
