ODA 19.14 surprise change for dcs controller

Today I installed 19.14 on our ODA and noticed that the BUI custom SSL certificate was no longer working. I tried recovering a backup copy of the dcs-controller.json file that points to our custom SSL certificate and restart the dcs controller but was not able to get it to work. It appears that a new configuration file (dcs-controller.yml) is used for SSL that is not mentioned in the ODA documentation for 19.14. I also searched Oracle support for this config file and found no results.

Following ODA 19.14 documentation for custom SSL certificates will not work. I found a way to configure our custom certificate in the new configuration file but I haven't found a way to obfuscate the password in it for the keystore. The old password obfuscator utility has also apparently been removed from ODA 19.14 (/opt/oracle/dcs/bin/dcs-controller-n.n.n.-SNAPSHOT.jar). There is no jar file resembling ...SNAPSHOT.ar on 19.14.

Howdy, Stranger!
