how to add DFF in PMS
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator -> Application -> Flexfield -> Descriptive -> Segments
2. Query by Name = Additional Appraisal Details -> Unfreeze
3. Create a new Context Code = Code X
4. Click on Segments and create 4 segments -> Segment1 / Segment2 / Segment3 / Segment4 -> save
5. Freeze and Compile the Flexfield -> Make sure that Displayed box's are checked
6. Navigate to the Update Appraisal page (MAAppraisePG)
