How to use Oracle SQL Operators

Hi,

I have added few filters to extract the data from Oracle ECC dashboards. However; user want to eliminate few values from text field (eg. customer name). Can we use Oracle sql operators (NOT IN , NOT LIKE, !=). If yes, how to configure the setup.
