question about "Bug 18087902 - New production T10KD drives started to report FSCs: 3961, 377A, 37A4"

This doc, on page https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=ai77hrs4t_4&_afrLoop=271462453226210#SYMPTOM seems to indicate a humidity issue that caused multiple drives to fail with fault symptom code 3961. I don't understand the issue, is it that it was too humid inside the tape library? If anyone has an understanding of this, we would like to know. We have a situation where a drive was failing to write multiple tapes and gave this same fault symptom code, and then the replacement drive has failed with exactly that same fault symptom code. We would like to know how how to fix this problem.
