Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Per https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=ai77hrs4t_193&_afrLoop=274276183544787#FIX drives that get a 3F2E:Dmp 1 code on them must be replaced. We are experiencing a situation where the replacement drives seem to get that same code again within 2 weeks and then need to be replaced again. What causes this?
