Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c - Repository views for userids

In EM 13c, there exists a repository view "SYSMAN.EM_LMS_DBA_USERS", but it is not being populated with data from all the target databases.

The repository view "SYSMAN.MGMT$_USERS" is being populated with info from all target databases. But this view does not have all the needed userid info... such as "account_status", "default_tablespace", "expiry_date"...etc.

Is there a way to enable the automatic collection from all the target databases to populate this Repository view "SYSMAN.EM_LMS_DBA_USERS"?
