Demantra forecasting 1 time sales items

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

In our client environment, we see that the forecasting engine is generating forecast for the items with 1 time sales or low sales history. Our users do not want to forecast such low sales items. Could you please tell us how to control engine generating forecast for such low sales items?
