Edit a start date on a future new work relationship

Hello,

we are using Oracle Fusion HCM and I have a question.

We started a new relationship to rehire an employee who was terminated. The start date of this new work relationship was in the future but now we have been communicated that the employee will start earlier. We have tried to update the employment start date but got a message that the manager of the new work relationship was terminated (the data entry person forgot to update the field).

So we went and changed the manager in the future work relationship but when we try to update the start date we get an error that says that we have multiple changes existing on the start date.
