ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Hello

We have applied the chrome browser support patches to our EPM 11.1.2.4 installation and getting error "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" while accessing workspace in chrome browser.

Also have changed the "SSLProtocol All" in ssl.conf file. Please help.
